Mr. Njack Kane
CEO
Njack Kane started commodity trading to Africa more than 20 years ago. He worked at Continental Grain Company and Glencore International Rice Department, then worked as Executive Director for Ascot Commodities prior to founding Novel Commodities in 1999 which was the top trader of rice, sugar and cacao in Africa. He now heads the Intervalle Group of companies specialized in value chain projects design and implementation.
Mr. Norman Hay

Norman Hay is a seasoned leader with a distinguished 45-year career in the trading and shipping of global commodities including as Chairman and CEO of Cargill International S.A.. His deep understanding of risk management and operational excellence extends to successful ventures, including GTC Trading and FootprintTechAI, leveraging technology to drive innovation in commodity trading and agriculture.
Mr. Gianni Sargenti
Administrative Board Member
Gianni Sargenti is a seasoned Senior Manager in Commodity Trade Finance with over 30 years of experience in Swiss, international and multicultural banking environment. He was the Senior Relationship Manager (Executive Director) at UBS Switzerland AG and Head Key Account Management Commodity Trade Finance (Director) at Credit Suisse SA. He currently chairs the board of AgFlow.
Mr. André Darmon

André Darmon is a results-driven professional with a robust academic foundation and over 2 decades of expertise in commodity trading, trade finance, chartering and insurance. In addition to his track record as Head of Chartering and Insurance at both ASCOT and Novel Commodities, his experience ranges from Head of Trading at MIXTA NEGOCE SA, to Chief Operating Officer at Capezzana Commodities.
Mr. Richard V Willows
Administrative Board Member
Richard V Willows with an experience of more than 30 years in trading with various companies such as Cargill, ADM, Openfield UK he is a seasoned trader with expertise in trading operations, logistics and financial management. In addition, he has successfully developed a full agriculture value chain expertise from farming to distribution. He currently is also a Director at GTC Trading, FootprintTechAI and is a former G.A.F.T.A. Arbitrator.
